TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MARATHON-

A. REGARDING THE APPLICANTS-

1. All the applicants are requested to mention their emergency contact in the form.
2. Participants are responsible for their own belongings and vehicles.
3. Participants that are willing to stay at our provided locations should mention it in the given form, there will be NO ON THE SPOT REGISTRATION FOR THE STAY.
4. Participants with any health issues are suggested to keep their medication with them, only basic first aid will be provided at the point.
5. OUR ORGANIZATION WILL NOT BE RESONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR HEALTH RELATED ISSUES OF THE PARTICIPANTS.
6. Drug or any alcohol consumption by the participants will not be tolerated and he/she will be handed over to the authorities.
7. Any form of misbehaving will not be tolerated and will not be allowed to participate in the marathon without any refunds.

8. Refreshments will be provided at the marathon spot.

B. REGARDING THE MARATHON:
1. Male and female participants will run in the marathon together.
2. Any misbehaving participants or indulged in any form of cheating will be disqualified instantly.
3. The final decision will be on the hands of the event’s judges
4. NO REFUNDS will be provided in any condition.

C. REGARDING THE STAY OF THE PARCIPANTS-

1. All the participants should bring blankets and sheets of their own.
2. Misbehaving with other participants will result in disqualification.
3. Arrangements for male and female participants have been made separately.
4. Only breakfast and refreshment will be served to the staying participants.
5. The participants are allowed to stay for 24 hours only.
6. The beds will be allotted on the basis of first come first serve.
7. Any damage to the place will be fined on you and if not paid, an official complaint will be filed against the person found guilty.
